You are a Featured Speaker at ESBI!


Here’s some information about our event:

  1. Location – NY Life Building, 425 Market St, 16th Floor, San Francisco, CA – Bring your ID to show the front desk, they will let you in. Tell them you are here for the Speed Networking Meetup in the NY Life Office, 16th Floor.
  2. Time of event 6:30-10:00pm. We suggest you arrive 45 minutes early to set up your table.
  3. Total amount of time speaker has to speak – 30 minutes
  4. Estimated attendance – 50 ppl
  5. Event agenda:
    6:30 – 7:00: Open Networking
    7:00-8:00: Dana Speaks
    8:00 – 8:30: Featured Speaker
    8:30 – 9:30: Networking Circles
    9:30 – 10:00 Open Networking

2. Please register up to 4 assistants who will help you the night of the event by emailing us their name, email and phone numbers to:


3. Info we need for our post-event “Thank You” email (please send to us ASAP, definitely by 2 weeks before the event – send to:

A few days after the event, we’ll send ALL attendees a “Thanks For Attending” Email – This is a GREAT way to attract people to your offer post-event.

  • Short (3-5 lines) “Thank You” message:

4. Please send promoter marketing materials so we can promote your talk (please send to us ASAP, definitely by 2 weeks before the event – send to:

  • Title of Presentation
  • 3 talk points explaining what participants will get as take-aways
